This looks frighteningly similiar to how my UI looked like in early Burning Crusade.
Really gives you Vanilla-addon feelings, you even have titanpanel there - Love it!
Could someone be an absolute doll and link me to an Outfitter / addon like it that works in Classic WoW? I've tried at least three, to no avail. :( I hate having to manage and update a macro to change uniforms between fights. (Warrior rockin' spirit set between pulls!)
What is the name of the healing addon which enables you to choose which spell to use on each party member? Seems like its quite useful for healing classic 5 mans.

lol'd at the transparency of the bags/menu. You can just set the opacityto 0% and set those to show on mouse hover.
I generally want to keep it simple but a bit darker :)
I like it functional and simplistic but not too abstract
