First of all, hello to everyone! Im new in this website but i have pretty long history with wow( I started with vanilla when i was only 14 years old) and continued Burning Legion, Cataclysm and Mist of Pandaria. Im so excited of this wow classic, because I really enjoyed that time of playing! ( Im just going to be little bit late coz I will get my pc in next 1-2 months and I hope its not going to be issue? I havent play a while but this classic made me want to come back so badly!
But yeah, talking about my topic; Im going to play with Hunter 100% sure and i have read lots of comments which race should I pick and so on... But I just want to hear people thoughts and advices. I really would like to play with Tauren but everybody saying that it's going to be horrible. Is it really like that? Is there anyone else who is going to be Tauren Hunter even if its the weakest hunter race, or is it just me? :D? I just really love Mulgore and everything in it and the Tauren race. Should I just pick what I want so I could enjoy much as I can, or should I think more about those stats and go with one which is the best? ( I think in my playing style It wont matter so much, but I would like to hear people thoughts) I would like to do some pvp and dungeons and mostly casual playing, not maybe so much raids. Is there possibilities to get in a guild and dungeon groups and maybe even raid groups if you are playing Tauren Hunter?
Lots of questions( maybe stupid ones too) but i would appreciate any kind of comments or advices, Thank you!

If you like tauren play tauren, in vanilla more than any other xpac you need to really enjoy the aesthetics and lore of your character to not get sick of it. People who tell you to min max based on racials etc are generally melodramatic, and it's more or less irrelevant.
That said out of the two races you have narrowed it down to, I'd go troll, because I personally prefer their "savages in the hills" type theme to the "peaceful druidic hunter" thing the tauren have going.
Tauren because warstomp is insanely strong for PvP and leeway makes melee hunters INSANE once they are geared out.

Everyone is saying Tauren hunts are horrible because they are. Listen to your friends!!!
Conversely, if you dont care, just play what you want to play. But if you didnt care you probably wouldn't ask.

Nice to have some answers so fast, appreciate it. And yeah, I do care but mostly of that if im getting in any groups or raid groups at later game.. Im little bit worried if i manage to get that time to do some raids and decide that i want to, are people going to be like; " Oh, you are Tauren hunter, no thanks, you have to find some other groups, byee"

You can get to other starting zones fairly easy. Starting zone preference shouldn't be that big of a reason to pick a race. Mulgore is my favorite starting zone as well, and I'd probably find a way there myself too if I was on horde. But you can pretty easily get there with any race, especially if you pick a class that is shared with Tauren so you'll be surrounded by class trainers that can help you.

You wont be passed over in guilds for racials unless youre in a super progressive guild, and in which case you would want to min/max yourself and wouldnt be asking. In some circumstances guilds will have preferences (looking at you dwarf priests) and these preferences could lead to them recruiting someone else, but you will never be cast out of a guild or completely looked over because of your race - certainly not as a hunter.
