Hey all,
So I'm new to WoW in general, but especially Classic WoW. Right now I'm having fun playing Dwarf Priest, and I was wondering if there's any specific build I should follow as a casual player? I probably won't end up doing hours-long raids, but mostly some dungeons and leveling solo or with a few friends.
Priest is a rather easy class to level. You just need to get a new wand every now and then.
You want 5 points in Wand Specialization and 5 points in Spirit Tap. The rest depends on what you want to do but honestly, anything works, I personally prefer to go for the Shadow tree. Note that you can heal dungeons no matter what spec you're playing so you shouldn't really worry. It's another story if you plan to raid.
I'd advise against going for DPS in dungeon though, it's definitely not the Priest forte. But still doable if you really want to.
Priest build for casual player would be all in holy spec. flash heal the most, a pop heal, when have the time need, and cast mend; one player to two, coast the res to don’t need to and pop shield primary.
; flash heal - ( primary )
; heal( flash when necessary )

;mend-
The primary heal function I have is to keep everyone alive and keep the party going throu the sanction run without worrying about dyeing.
