there are no new quiver patterns available in tbc...why?

Netherscale Ammo Pouch

Smuggler's Ammo Pouch

Worg Hide Quiver

Clefthoof Hide Quiver

 

These are the Quiver/Pouches that have been made available with TBC Classic.

They have been added to the game but the patterns are not available to buy or learn.
