Another feedback was taken care of I suppose? I preferred to have only english speaking realms, but since the community was of another opinion, Blizzard listened again. Always good to see them reacting properly :-)
Bullshit, just bullshit. I do not like this decision.
It shows once again how Blizzard is not standing behind his statements. And that's exactly what's likely to happen throughout Classic. Oh Rank 14 takes too long, no normal person can do that, mimimi.

I actually like it, do not want people spamming german or french in trade or general chat... People can still play on English realms if they desire, and I would advise people to, but it would be English speaking only and the option for french and german speaking would be there
I think it’s a good addition, usually the people from such countries (France, Germany and Russia) have a tendency to speak only in their native language and it usually just makes the chat experience worse as people don’t understand half the things being said.
Allowing them their own place would rectify a lot of that I believe and make a over all better experience for the English realms.

So you oppose language specific servers due to PvP ranking?
I'm guessing a part of the spanish and italian speakers are pretty upset right now... I do not completly agree with the decision because I firmly believe the language specific forums will end up dead. Then again it's their problem not mine xD
I do hope it's a one time very specific issue Blizzard listened to the community. Because let's face it. People who play since vanilla like me know that it was the never ending "crying" on the forums about X Y Z issues that the game is currently the way it is. Although I don't follow the latest expansion issues since MoP, I do know that Warmode was implemented because people couldn't be bothered to play in PvP realms and got ganked and they wanted to play with friends. This is something people have been crying since the first time I came on a Blizzard WoW forum in 2005...
If they choose to listen to the community on the forums about every single "crying" the game will turn into BfA in no time and lose all the interest it might have until then. Let's hope it doesn't happen!
I hope the Spaniards and other non speaking communities will say what server they will invade so I don't end up there.
If they'd ever release a Dutch realm, I'd never on roll on it, though
U can speak english as Dutch. French guys cannot and don't want to.
I like it! I'd hate to spend hours of leveling only to find out I rolled on a realm and faction with 80% non-English speakers. This lessens the chance you end up on a French or German realm. They play the client often in their own language aswell.

There are 24 official languages in EU and whole continent goes to 200.
Keep going Blizzard, split player base even more!

If everyone spoke English it wouldn’t be a problem, but the reality of the situation is many can’t or won’t so taking a high population of those and put them in their own regional servers for their language will help both them and others a lot. Everyone who’s willing to communicate in English should be encouraged to do so and probably will do so as well.
I don’t think it’s splitting the player base more than it would’ve already been had there not been language specific servers.
It's a good decision because at least, it gives people a choice wether they want a fully-crowed english server or a lesser-crowed first language one !
Because yeah, as I stated on another post when they first announced "no language specific servers", here in France this decision was discussed and debated A LOT !

Sounds as bad as the Dutch: Donderwoede, gezegend lemmet van de windzoeker.
 I think it’s best everyone use the EN client from here on out

It's an extreme example. Which will not happen.

Majority of Germans and French don't want to speak English just because that's how they are, guess it's a cultural thing or they are angry because of lost wars back in the day, and Spanish/Latin countries rarely can.
Splitting benefits everyone.
As a Russian, German or French you are not forced to play on those realms.
If YOU ended up on a server where 80% speaks an unknown language to you, I bet you too would be complaining, they wouldn't even try to speak English with you and you would get kicked from groups etc.
I don't care about language, I just want a server on Brazil, having 280ms is not fun at all. On retail I have 40-60ms playing in the brazilian server, and you can tell the difference.
