Is this policy even enforced?
Well probably not, but in Classic it might be, it depends on reports you get from players in the end, so as someone else pointed out if you just have a level 1 you never log in yea its fine

lol they just pick a other name. That would not work at all.
Do you really think they care about the name? They just take care about the money they earn with classic wow.
