We added a DPS rankings page for TBC

We spent a long time looking through archived data, legacyplayers.com, etc reviewing information around DPS performance for classes in TBC across multiple raids and put together what we think if a really solid foundation for a DPS rankings page prior to the release of TBC Classic.

The data seems to align with what we've seen most people say online (i.e. hunters and warlocks at the top of the list). We're still missing some information, such as DPS numbers for Sunwell and BT so if anyone has any data around those that we can verify it would be awesome!
