**Heavy That - Alliance - Are Recruiting**

We are a Semi-Hardcore guild, our aim is to clear all content whilst still relevant. We are recruiting skilled players to add to our already strong core. If raiding isn't for you we have a big emphasis on social members so please reach out.

**Progress:**

• All T4 content cleared, Maggy/Grull/KZ runs still occurring for specific items/alt runs
• SSC 5/6
• TK 3/4

**Recruiting but not limited too:**

• Shaman: Enhance & Resto
• Priest: Shadow
• Warlock: Aff & Destro

**Raiding Schedule**

• Wednesday - 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time 
• Sunday - 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time
•  Alt Runs/T4 Content - Thursday or Tuesdays - 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time 

The guild will provide:

• An enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for Raiders and Trials
• A dedicated and motivated approach to progression and completing content together
• A transparent, fair and open discussion for loot distribution using a loot council.

What you can expect from us:

• Preparation, knowledge and well-thought-out tactics for our raids.
• Careful explanation and patience during progression.
• Constructive criticism for the good of our raid team.

What we expect from you:
A well optimised character with as close to your raid BIS as possible which includes,

• Hit cap
• Full enchants and gems.
• All necessary raid consumables and reagents.
• Be focused.
• A thorough understanding of your class and role.
• When required, a tailored talent spec or playstyle to aid with a particular assignment, e.g, Improved Blessing of Might, Warlock tank, etc.
• Good attendance and advanced notice of absences, raiding twice a week for 3 hours shouldn't be too time consuming for your schedule.
• Most importantly, you will respect the dedication and TIME of your fellow raiders
