The title pretty much says it all. Why is this happening? Is anyone else seeing these faint lines on their robes? Looks like the model mesh or something. Very faint but they appear on all of my robes so far. It BOTHARSSSS meh.

You know, sometimes I forget that this place really is like the Barrens Chat sometimes...

Alnir Are you sure your monitor doesn't have faint scratches on it, making it appear like the robes faint lines?

I thought that at first but as the model moves, so do the lines. It's definitely part of the robe. I don't notice it in-game and it really isn't that big a deal, I was just curious if anyone else was seeing them.

I did check some robes on my night elf and didn't see it. But I'm using MSAA 8x anti aliasing, which could hide stuff like that now that I think about it.

What happens if you try different graphics settings?

Oof! I didn't even think to check my graphics settings. I maxed everything out but all of the anti-aliasing options confuse me. I'll try this when I log in tonight and give an update. I'll make you a shrine,Pippina, if this works.

Another idea could be to try updating your graphics driver if that doesn't work.

It's Shadowing to create the appearance of folds in the cloth.

Did you try turning it off and on again?

I think the game just has some graphics artifacts. Just noticed my gnome's hair has the same lines where different polygons meet in the wireframe:

It's a little hard to see in the picture, but as the character moves and breaths it's pretty obvious when you look close and are zoomed in.

I have all my drivers up to date and am running full anti-aliasing, not much else I can think of to fix it. Just don't zoom in so close and you won't see it. Probably isn't going to get fixed so just forget it's there.
