Yes, the average person who posts on forums will do most of their posting during a single brief time period during the day, then spend the rest of their day elsewhere, instead of posting once every 1-2 hours throughout the day. I'm not saying you're wrong, but you have to admit that the story is a bit more nuanced than you make it out to be.
