Welcome to the Barrens.chat, Gunma.
Way late to the party but super happy I found this site. Started playing in TBC, have played every xpac since vanilla. I only recently discovered pservers or I probably would have quit retail ages ago. PVP is the only aspect I really care about, by I thoroughly enjoy trying to experience as many aspects of the game as possible.
Hey Zaycho!
Im sad about the faction, stay horde! :D
Haha would love to, but too many friends are going for the Alliance =/

Nothing wrong with that! I played both in Vanilla and loved both!
Enjoy Ironforge because nothing beats it!
I so wish I was a dwarf again and can enter that place with pride!

Yeah you’re right, Ironforge is amazing! Dwarf is of course the only obvious alternative for an Alliance race as well!
Glad to see forums are still a thing, found yall on r/classicwow
Been hyped for Classic ever since it was announced, even though I'm a wrath baby;
I've been flip-flopping between pservers and retail throughout the years, can't wait to play the real thing.

Hi there, I am Scaredy. I played a Human Warrior Called Opeth in the guild ReDeYe on Runetotem EU back in Vanilla. I've played on and off since then but never enjoyed the game quite like i did back then. I am looking forward to returning to Vanilla and playing with a real understanding of the game. I AM SO EXCITED!
Hello, peoples. I'm Zhohan. I was a young lad during vanilla and shared an account with my brother on Gul'dan (US). I played a gnome warlock and leveled lots of alts from 2006-2008. I made my own account in early Cata but by that time, the game lost its magic. I've played every WoW expansion and around 2012 I gained an interest in RP. I've spent the past 7 years on RP realms and reading the WoW novels. Became a lore junkie.
In 2015, I was lucky enough to lookup vanilla private servers and I found Nostalrius. I raided with <Questionable Talent> (later <HANDLE IT>) as we progressed through the raids until we disbanded at 7/9 in AQ40. Can't wait for Classic!
I am Tauren Druid. I was so inspired as a child in 2006 by the Tauren Way that I drank a lot of milk and learned about nature in order to become a real Tauren Druid. Today I am 8 feet tall and 100% dedicated to the balance of nature.
hi, I played late vanilla (naxx was out) thru mid TBC. Only did pvp back then, no level cap, 19 thru 49 brackets.
couple spins on pservers years later to look at the dungeons and play the different classes in non-pvp situations. Stopped at BRD both times, once because I quit playing and once because we got news about classic. So vanilla endgame 5mans will be new to me, looking forward to seeing them. Lots of respect for the art team back then and the lore has charm. I always thought we'd get a video game closer to old skool d&d for pve, but all these years and WoW's about as close as it ever got for co-op multiplayer. So I'll give raiding a chance.
my main hope is that twink pvp gets big enough for insta-queues again, I liked it a lot more than mobas for solo queue. I think gear broke the game for pvp at level cap, but that impression was from naxx era. I'm sort of interested to see how pvp plays with earlier gear.
i started playing in 2007 and have been playing on and off since. my plan is the no life the hell out of classic
Just joined the hype train... I'm from the US originally but now living in Spain.
Started playing in 2005 when I was 10, now I am 24 and feeling more excited than I have for a game in a very very long time
Hello to everyone :)
I'm 29 years old, living in Belarus all my life. Started playing WoW in Vanilla around a year after official release (2005-2006). Sadly, at that time I wasn't able to play on official servers, so couldn't enjoy the game how it supposed to be played. But I always liked Classic more than any other WoW patch and really want to finally experience it properly when official servers will be released.
Played on official servers late WOTLK - Cataclysm, quit after 4 months in Pandaria. Mainly on Russian realm called Пиратская бухта.
Also, in Vanilla I started playing on Alliance side and since Burning Crusade I rerolled Horde and played only that fraction for an entire time in WoW, up to pandas, as shaman. I have a dream to level up shaman as my main on Horde side when Classic comes out so I can call myself a true Horde player in every patch! Lok'Tar Ogar!
Hello everyone!
I started playing WoW a few months before the start of the BC.
Although I have bought all the expansions, from MOP I've been playing less, to the point that in the case of BFA just got my main character to 120 and left him, quite disappointed with an expansion that I consider close to disaster.
I look forward to Classic release. It was the game mode which I really liked. The remodeling of Azeroth with Cataclysm was for me something like when you're a kid and get changed of school, or when you move into a house that you just don't like. It was a feeling that something had changed forever, and not for the better.
I discovered this page through the US forums few months ago and I was pleasantly surprised.
Love the design, close to the classics rpgs, quality contents and the environment, breathes enthusiasm and love for the game that we expect. Congratulations.
Greetings from Spain :)
Greetings from U.S.A. -- hope you see you guys out in the wild.... I can't wait to pound on some of you and take your lunch money.
Lok'tar!
