it was 10k+ P8 Nihlathak runs
How the fuck did you have the patience to run 10,000 Nihlathaks???? That is absolutely insane. And how did you manage all of that in less that 300 hours :|
If you do one Nihlathak a minute (super easy with a sorc and revealed maps on SP) it should take 166 or so hours to do 10,000 runs.
166 or so hours Jesus christ, assuming 4 hours a night of doing 1min nihlathak runs - 41 days of 4 hours a night of intense Nihlathak runs :( My God, I am not suited to that at all.
I mean it's so repetitive that you can do it without thinking. Put on some chill music or a stream, hold down right click and press a few buttons til you're tired. The real question is what did he do with the other 130ish hours, Diablo and Baal?
Ok I’ll Bite on one more OT because I really like D2 (temp ban inc teebling)
P8 Nihlathak runs were in the range of 20-27s per run IIRC (depending on if he spawned LE or not)
72-93 I did Ancient Tunnels as Blizzard
93-98 I did CS elites/Vizier/Infector only as Blizzard
98-98.x I did P8 Nihlathak as Lightning and Hell Ancients to ding 99
Nihlathak runs were constantly stressful btw. The vipers there shoot invisible clouds that are bugged and can kill you ridiculously fast, I played the entire 10k runs with finger on ESC.
I have a write up here (awesome D2 single player community): https://www.diabloii.net/forums/threads/the-summit-sophie-the-untwinked-99er-sorceress.963842/
BC launch was fantastic fun, I loved it. And BC in general.
This is my current setup for NASA 1.0: AMD FX-6100 3.3 Ghz, 8GB, GeForce GTX-1050ti. At the end of this month I'm getting a new MOBO with a Ryzen & 16GB, so NASA 2.0 will have about 66% faster cpu speed & about double the SSD speed.

LOVE the NASA theme and the cute doggo!
We’re actually moving into the new house within a few weeks so hopefully I’ll have some improved setup shots soon!

And here is one from when BC first hit. I don't really remember what kind of build I had other than an AMD processor. I bought the TV specifically because it had a VGA input on the back
I remember this picture !! haha. I was in my basement in CO by then though. But that was a great apartment for a divorce! lol
