Where do I pick Herbalism and Alchemy the closest so I can level and do professions at the same time ASAP?

For Tauren the closest is the main city, Thunderbluff.
The first town has skinning and leatherworking.
Which is strange, considering the racial.
But also logical considering the classes.

I never understood this. As Kenaij said, the racial kinda makes one think we would have one in our starter village or something, but no. We have to slog to the first major city. lol
