Yes, the gold grind is harsh. I'm not near 40 at all, but due to some smart choices right at the start I'm sure I can afford my 40 mount right away!
I'm a couple of bubbles away from 39. I'm not gonna have enough gold for my first mount, let alone an epic at 60 :lol:
I'm currently 33 and have like 5g, I assume I'm screwed but I also remember making almost the full 90g while questing in STV somehow on my rogue on private so who knows.
