Uploaded video of a new 1-10 Human Paladin run on Northdale. 1hr33min. Working on 10-20, will hopefully get uploaded in a day or two.

Vemp I watched your video and we have a very different approach on elwynn forest. Who's better? Hard to say until we know how respawns on mobs and items will work in classic.

Your welcome to watch my run and give me feedback if you think I could do something better.

Anyone know if there's a difference between the way your learn hunter pet skills on the repack and the way it was back in Vanilla/is going to be on Classic? Currently it takes you 1 or 2 kills with the new skill to learn it. So was it the same way back in the day or did it take longer?

I have done a couple test runs on a Repack for Gnome lock.
So far I have gotten the time till lvl 10 down to 1h 46m 36s.

Fairly happy with the results.

@~2:05 it looks like it takes him slightly longer to learn Claw 2, but not much (second mob).

Jpy Thank you!

I'm going to try out a cat, based on your previous comment, so I'm trying to figure out what would be the most optimal way to train claw and bite and all the other stuff. This helps a lot.

Anyone know how to enable breath on repack? Not sure how mine got disabled or if it just isn’t showing the bar.

I've found a TimerBar.Breath.GMLevel config variable in mangosd.conf but its description is kinda ambiguous:
Disable/enable waterbreathing for security level (0..4) or high
Default: 4 (None)

Does setting it to 4 mean that 4 and higher have underwater breathing disabled? That would be my best guess.

Shit, we're going to need a new section of the website just for speedrunners at this rate, it is super popular and active!!

Yea I found this one too but couldn’t get anything out of messing with it. I’m sort of suspicious of a UI that I was using, I think I noticed the bar missing after disabling the UI. All of my runs that I’ve done without it I’ve been super cautious not to cheat the breath time so I’m not even sure to be honest that it is disabled it may just be not showing the bar. If it is in fact an addon, wouldn’t deleting one of the folders fix that? I can’t remember which, I haven’t had to mess with WoW in this regard since like Cata rofl.

That line means that accounts with GMLevel X and above have access to infinite underwater breathing. By default a level 4+ GM has this. If you want to keep your admin commands but also have a legit breath timer, change line 1056 to = 7, since GMLevel caps at 6.
