Please do not take this as someone who prefers retail over Classic
I know everyone likes to focus on the greatness of Classic, and I agree with how much better of a game it is.
However, there is always a yin to the yang.
I, personally, am not looking forward to the loss of AoE looting. Having to loot each body one at a time isn't very fun.
What are you least looking forward to having to deal with in order to enjoy all the other positive aspects of Vanilla gameplay?
The long flight paths. They are cool the first 10 times but then it just is a waste of time flying 4 or more minutes from IF to Wetlands to wait and go onto the ship to menethil and then take another flight path to AQ or DM
Agree with IronBrutzler, travel time in general.. Getting to SFK and SM as Alliance will be a pain, probably skipping them when leveling my first character.
No dual spec, fewer graveyards, some flight paths that were weird to say the least and mailing taking one hour (if they don't change that).

With this you will think twice before going with someone somewhere or not, the longest path the more commitment u need before going with particular group. It's all about social gameplay all of us desire. Another side of this coin is that there are really some stupid flight paths.
What retail WoW had AOE Looting?! Damn when did they add this bullshit? :D
It is not really a game feature, but I loved the BC Rep Locks for Instances, that was nice!
Honestly? Rebirth for Druids being the only ressurrect spell. It's literally the only thing that is preventing me from devoting myself to a Druid. I plan to do a little bit of everything just like old days (some dungeons, BG's, maybe MC/BWL/AQ20 in a year or so), and while I hope to just go feral tank I may consider healing for a bit. Being the only resser in a 5man, and only having Rebirth feels like I'd be a burden when people die.

I thought locks weren't that common
i saw a lot of them on the horde side and even on Alliance there were enough for 5 mans.

Adventure 'til dementia, brother.
As a healer, no dual spec hurts so bad. A few minor ones are also not able to shift click an item at AH to search for it and only being able to send one item per mail.
Ganking. The fair fights and massive brawls make world PvP totally worth it, but you have to accept you'll occasionally get shat on while leveling by a higher level player.
I think I agree with you on the AOE looting. Seems more like a quality of life thing that didn't take away any experience imo.

I dont think AOE looting will be THAT usefull, considering that most classes only kill 1 mob at a time
It would help with farming, but generally while leveling I am chain killing 1 mob at a time
