Best way i'd say to become a noticed well member of the community is to be active. And of course, nice. Watch your temper, think before you type. It only takes simple mistakes to go from "that nice person" to "that annoying person". Don't be TOO active, thats something I struggle with sometimes. Don't stretch long conversations in public chat channels. Just become known as a nice person

hehe whoops, I meant in game :) I suppose the advice works for Forums but not as much, generally people LIKE overly-active users on forums. I meant more of like, inserting yourself into every conversation in Trade Chat, that doesn't work too well
wonder if there'll be a custom /world channel that people would go to like we're used to on pservers.
There will be! On the stress tests I was able to /join world and there was quite a few people in it. It's a pretty great place because only the more serious people know about it aswell, not toooooo much spam, though it wasn't perfect obviously. That'll definitely be a great chat channel while leveling
If you want to be somewhat known then hang out alot on your capital, use /trade and /general plenty to sell/buy stuff or just chat with peeps, and just all around do what you want to do in the endgame. If you're active things will come naturally, it's the magic of classic.

He said he wants to be a part of, didn't say in a positive way :D he may be the most notorious ninja looter ganker drama queen bastard and still be a part of the grand scheme of things.
