For me personally, it's Felwood. I love the aesthetic of the zone itself, and dealing with all the Furbolgs is a part of the zone I remember very fondly. Also, it's within the "home-stretch" of the 50-60 bracket and is a fun zone with the tacked on reminder of you're almost level 60 and ready to enjoy the end-game experience.
For leveling as Alliance, I loved the Redridge Mountains with the aesthetic of the area and I enjoyed the plot. It's when you're really getting into your class and learning how it really works.
For leveling as Horde, I thoroughly enjoyed the Barrens. I enjoyed the WPvP and the challenges with additional higher level Alliance scrounging for easy kills. Working together to make sure we all don't die and having fun with Chuck Norris was the best and I hope to expect the same this time around.
I like 1k Needles. The feeling of being away from all civilization and just out in the burning sun in the wilds is cool.

+1 for the Redridge mountains. Love that zone. Westfall is a close second.

Westfall was a great area, I absolutely loved it there as well, I loved the farm theme/colours. Pretty much all of the Human areas were really fun for me tbh.
I have a huge amount of nostalgia for Westfall.
One Saturday morning in 2004, I was playing WoW while watching a show called "Cheat!" on G4. The hostess was explaining that if you go to Westfall and emote at a chicken 100 times, you'll get him as a companion.
Of course I couldn't resist and I did it immediately. For some reason that has always been one of my fondest WoW memories and I'll always remember Westfall for it.
I personally really enjoyed Ashenvale and Tanaris. This is as an Alliance player, but both had some really cool locations and fun quests. Ashenvale and the Nelf hunters lodges were awesome, and the PvP with other similar level players around the places was a lot of fun!
Azshara, it always felt so mysterious and beautiful. I was fascinated by the few quests and chains that led there.
As a Horde player, definitely Redridge Mountains
Probably Ashenvale - the first serious clash with the opposing faction giving you a kick of adrenaline, great lore in terms of Warsong Gulch and of course, the soundtrack, to my mind the best in the game.
I like 1k Needles. The feeling of being away from all civilization and just out in the burning sun in the wilds is cool.
Also, this. Moving to Thousand Needles always gave a feeling of actually "growing up", leaving the Barrens where you did spend most of your childhood and now moving to uncharted areas where you are on your own.
Honorable mention - Dun Morogh. It just has something magical to it. Most likely going to do with my long-time dream of leveling a Dwarf warrior, which to this date hasn't been fulfilled.
I really like Un'goro. Its setting is great for me and there is always chance to gain some honor ;)
Redridge mountains, but i have around 7 favorite zones
Really difficult for me to choose only one. So many zones got an amazing feel to them. Winterspring, Darkshore, Ashenvale, Stonetalon Mountains, Feralas and Thousand Needles.I love those zones on Kalimdor, a lot, but I do think I lean more towards Stonetalon Mountains. The area just feels right and your class feels in a good spot around that level range.
Tirisfal Glades, Silverpine Forest, Wetlands, Loch Modan, Badlands, Redrigde Mountains, Duskwood, Swamp of Sorrows, Stranglethorn Vale on the Eastern Kingdoms. These are all good in my book, though I think I lean heavily towards Loch Modan. It's a beautiful and easy going zone.
Its too difficult to choose just one but my favourite zones are Tanaris, Un'goro, Felwood, Winterspring, Feralas & Stranglethorn Vale.
Wonder if anyone will mention Silithus?
Nothing good has ever come out of Silithus.
Probably STV, Duskwood, Winterspring and Un'goro
