Westfall. I just love the quest lore and theme of the area.
Burning Steppes.
I love this zone because of epic quests with Keeshan(epic story plot), a lot of lava, saving little dragons, and spying orcs.
Also, Dun Morogh, Westfall, Vietnam, Wintersprings, and Barrens
Darkshore & Deadwind pass
Might come as a shock to others but I loved Tanaris.. I’m a fan of the desert look and the complete chaos!
Desolace is not bot also, you can make a super nice smooth route there.
Hillsbrad Foothills ftw. Pretty nice zone to do both PvP and PvE.
Zangarmarsh. I know it's not vanilla but if I think of one zone where I always completed every single quest, it's Zangarmarsh. It's effortless and it was always so pleasant to quest there. When retail decides to shut down for good, that is where I will be parking all of my retail toons to reside for infinity.
Barrens one million percent.
Barrens one million percent.
Although Barrens is a core part of the Horde experience, I have to admit that it's giving me a migraine to know that it's someone's emphatic favorite. ;-)
Alliance zone: Teldrassil. Just the beauty is breath taking.
Horde: Toss up between Barrens or Mulgore.
But STV/Booty Bay will always hold a spot in my heart!
Horde: Toss up between Barrens or Mulgore.
Barrens for efficiency/quality/quantity
Mulgore for atmosphere
There's quite a few that I really like but if I had to pick only one: Duskwood. I just love the spooky atmosphere that somehow is completly different than Tirisfal.
Nostalgia wants me to say Dun Morogh.
I honestly dont think i have a favorite because there were alot of zones i liked
For some reason i really like the Wetlands, but top of the list would be Hillsbrad, Arathi, Redridge and Duskwood!
It's hard for me to pick just one.
Redridge
Duskwood
Alterac Mountains
The Hinterlands
Swamp of Sorrows
Blasterlands
Western and Eastern Plaguelands
Mulgore for sure for me.
I’d say barrens but I got my ass kicked so hard in there ( looking at you oasis snapjaws ) that it loses to mulgore in terms of efficiency.
