PvP stats for me, but also as bonus: a race i never leveled in Vanilla to 60.
I'm in the plum position of both liking Orcs best for their model/animations, fantasy/lore shit, and broken-ass Hardiness.
That said I'm rolling an Undead Warrior as my primary alt, which is maybe the worst Horde race for Warrior, just because I'm taking him less seriously as a warrior. So in that case, I guess for Aesthetics and for doing a different start zone for my second character.
Only real thing I don't take into consideration is PvE performance, I guess. I think everyone can get the job done there pretty well (don't have to worry about Fear Ward on Horde side), and raiding's not really on the top of my priorities.

You got that right. I still have all the love in the world for my first main, the gnome, but after years the 'small armor fatigue' set in.
Gnomes run faster.
I don't care if people think Gnomes are annoying, I think the animations and hairstyle options are good.

None of these, my criteria is:
- It's a dwarf
I choose my race in the following order:
1. Model. Do i like the look of it? Does it look cool with end-game tier sets on?
2. Racials.
Since i happen to love Undead, i can roll as mage or rogue and still have the best racials.
I also love Humans so..as a Paladin, again, easy.
