PvE Subtlety Rogue DPS Best in Slot (BiS)

Subtlety Rogues in Mists of Pandaria require items that increase their Hit, Expertise, Agility, Haste, Critical Strike Chance, and Mastery. Unlike the other Rogue specializations, which heavily prefer a stat over another, Subtlety Rogues require a balance between their offensive stats, with only Haste coming on top to ensure proper Energy Regeneration for burst sequences.

This is the best gear you can obtain in Phase 1 of Mists of Pandaria, including gear from the three Tier 14 raids: Mogu’Shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, and Terrace of Endless Spring. Don’t forget to gem, enchant, and reforge every item to complete your optimization.

Like their brethren, Subtlety Rogues benefit from both T14 set bonuses, yet the 2-item set bonus is considerably weaker for them than the other specializations. Still, with the 4-item set bonus granting them such a big power spike, they will always aim to get at least 4 items from the set.
