@fendor It is implemented in all zones but at a different scale in each zone. Oh, ok. In latter zone I rarely have this issue of overpopulation :-)

Considering it will probably be implemented only in starter zone (at least that's what I understood, correct me if I'm wrong) I'm very happy with it.
