I really like Skarm. He puts out videos on Feral tanking and also on Prot warriors that are pretty informative.

Definitely Engineering for PvP, reflective shield, and just overall fun.

If you're going to play a warrior or any tank at all I think that Skarm is very informed on the subject and his videos are short and to the point.
