PvE Elemental Shaman Pre-BiS and BiS Gear (+ Other Options)

In this section we will be covering what is considered to be your Pre-Raid BiS, and what is considered your BiS gear for each phase. As each phase is released, this page will be updated to better reflect the gear available. For the sake of simplicity and ease of access, we have left out items purchased with Arena Points.

Note: Our two-piece set bonus from our Tier 4 gearset increases our Spell Damage from Wrath of Air Totem by 20. This may be worth it for some people to use these items.
