PvP Subtlety Rogue Best in Slot (BiS) & Pre-Raid Gear

Equipment will be the main source of your character’s power, contributing the bulk of your stats. It is therefore very important that you choose the correct equipment for each slot — commonly referred to as “best in slot” equipment – in order to maximize your power.
This guide will help you choose the best equipment possible for each phase, but also the best equipment you can find outside of raids, known as “pre-raid” gear or “pre-BiS”.
Please note that this guide is a work in progress, and explanations for the items will be added at a later date.
When it comes to gearing a rogue for PvP content, you have two main choices, you can choose to gear yourself with full PvP gear in order to mitigate more damage, or you can choose to gear yourself with a mix of PvP and PvE items to maximize your damage.

Someone could confirm me that the Phasis 2 & 3 are the best slot items ? cause i found several difference in other sites such as Icy Veins or Wowhead thks :)
