Wyrmrest Accord Reputation Guide

Welcome to Warcraft Tavern’s Reputation Guide to the Wyrmcrest Accord in Wrath of the Lich King Classic! Within this guide, we will go over how to gain reputation, equipping Tabard of the Wyrmrest Accord in dungeons, daily quests, and ultimately how to reach exalted with the Wyrmrest Accord.
There are three different ways for players to earn reputation with the Wyrmrest Accord. The first way is to complete the questlines and dailies that we cover in this guide. The initial questline will get you from Neutral to Honored and there are two daily quests available each day. The second way to gain reputation is to purchase a Tabard of the Wyrmrest Accord after reaching Friendly. You can then champion Wyrmrest Accord by entering certain normal, and all heroic Wrath of the Lich King dungeons.
The normal dungeons that grant reputation are:
Upon reaching Exalted, you will have completed two different achievements:
- The Wyrmrest Accord: Earn exalted status with The Wyrmrest Accord.
- Northrend Vanguard: Gain exalted reputation with the Argent Crusade, Wyrmrest Accord, Kirin Tor, and Knights of the Ebon Blade.
How to Reach Exalted with Wyrmrest Accord
Guide summary
While questing in Northrend, you can begin your progress with the Wyrmrest Accord by picking up Basic Training, a quest that begins in Coldarra, Borean Tundra. Following that chain, you can accept Gaining an Audience(A)/Gaining an Audience(H) at your faction’s main settlement in Dragonblight. Completing these two quest areas will raise your reputation to friendly, so you can purchase Tabard of the Wyrmrest Accord.
Once you’re friendly with the Wyrmrest Accord, the simplest way to gain rep with the Wyrmrest Accord is to buy and equip their tabard and then run (H)Utgarde Keep and (H)Utgarde Pinnacle, or (H)Azjol-Nerub and (H)Ahn’kahet: The Old Kingdom. Both pairs of dungeons are relatively easy to clear, and each pair has their entrances nearby, which saves travel time. Additionally, you can skip killing the bosses and then exit/re-enter the instances after killing the trash mobs in order to earn even more rep each day. You can also run normal instances with the tabard on, although it won’t give you quite as much rep.
There are two daily quests in Coldarra and one at the Wyrmrest Temple that you can complete to continue your rep grind.
Who Needs Wyrmrest Accord Rep?
There are a number of excellent rewards that you can only get after reaching Honored/Revered/Exalted with Wyrmcrest Accord, both aesthetic items like an awesome mount as well as “useful” stuff like gear and crafting recipes for Tailoring and Jewelcrafting.

- The blue-quality Honored/Revered gear makes for solid pre-raid pieces, and the epic-quality Exalted items are good choices for a few roles.

- Plate DPS- (Legplates of Bloody Reprisal)
- Caster DPS- (Sandals of Crimson Fury)

Wyrmrest Accord Quests
Scattered throughout the regions in Northrend, there will be various quests for you to complete to gather reputation. Completing these quests will take you from Neutral to Honored. In order to go from Honored to Exalted from questing, you will need to complete three dailies every day to achieve this goal. The three dailies are:

Wyrmrest Accord Reputation Rewards
These rewards can be purchased from Cielstrasza, the Wyrmrest Accord Quartermaster. She can be located at the top of the Wyrmrest Temple, north face, on the left side of the landing pad. As indicated by the list below, she sells a variation of items that are of rare and epic value. This includes an epic flying mount, Reins of the Red Drake, which requires reaching Exalted with the Wyrmrest Accord.
