WotLK Classic Hotfixes – December 6th: Hunter Volley Fix

Likely as a response to a recent video posted by Sarthe, Blizzard has changed a spell interaction where Hunters could use multiple ranks of Volley at the same time. With this fix, only the max rank of Volley should be used, as usual.
