How to Get the Aspect of the Falcon Spell

Treatise of the Falcon is purchasable from a vendor, and is not limited, so you can easily grab this so long as you can reach your faction’s vendor as indicated below. Keep in mind that the book requires level 60 to use.

Horde

You can purchase the Treatise of the Falcon in Azshara from Gruul Darkblade (22.2, 51.1), near the Horde flight path.

Alliance

You can purchase the Treatise of the Falcon in Winterspring from Natheril Raincaller (51.4, 30.1), just outside of Starfall Village.
