Dual Spec & Instant Mail Added, Buff/Debuff Limit Removed for WoW Classic 20th Anniversary Realms

Blizzard has announced that for the upcoming 20th Anniversary Realms for WoW Classic they will be making some adjustments based upon ongoing player feedback.
Changes Effective on Launch Day
- Mail sent between characters that are on the same account will be instant instead of having a one hour delay that is currently in Classic Era.
- Buff/debuff limits will be removed, which is an especially nice change for classes such as Warlocks that historically have not been able to use their DoTs in raids.
Changes Coming at a Later Date
Dual Spec will be added to the game at some time in the future, a date has not been announced.

After working through a great deal of player feedback, we’ve decided to provide some additional changes that will be a part of Anniversary Realms.
- Instant mail between characters on the same account
- The removal of the buff/debuff limit
- Dual specs
Instant mail and removal of the buff/debuff limit will be implemented at launch, and dual spec will be enabled at a later date.
