Keyring to be added later this year in WoW Classic

Kaivax recently posted on the official WoW Classic forums that the keyring will not be added to WoW Classic until “later this year”. This comes after a noteworthy number of threads and comments were posted on the /r/classicwow subreddit and official forums related to the keyring.
However, considering we are almost halfway through November players will not have long to wait until it’s rolled out with the first client patch since WoW Classic was released.

Yes – the Keyring will come to WoW Classic with our first patch to the game client later this year.
We don’t yet have a certain date for the patch, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.
