Sarkareth Mount Skin in Dragonflight No Longer Mythic-Only!

Earlier it was reported that the full makeover skin for your Highland Drake mount that was in the image of the first boss, Kazzara, would only drop from mythic Sarkareth. It would be guaranteed for the raid team that accomplished this feat as this would be the reward for Cutting Edge this tier.
Blizzard has reversed course on this due to feedback that it being unavailable in any other way would be too punishing for the vast majority of the playerbase. That said, it will still have a 100% chance to drop two of the skins on mythic difficulty, still. It will also have a small (Most likely 1% chance) chance to drop on all other difficulties from Sarkareth.

We agree with a lot of the feedback around this.
The Highland Drake: Embodiment of the Hellforged dragonriding manuscript has a very low chance to drop from Sarkareth on Raid Finder, Normal, and Heroic raid difficulties.
Mythic raiders will always receive two manuscripts per Sarkareth kill until the end of the expansion.
