WoW Hotfixes August 16th: Forgelite Prime Soulbind Fixes

With a rather brief list of hotfixes, Blizzard has fixed two different bugs with Bron’s Call to Action within the Mikanikos soulbind. One of them allowing certain projectiles to stack twice as fast, and another causing certain abilities to not add any stacks. The only other change in the list is another fix to the Blood rune word set bonus in order to make it more responsive.

  - Fixed an issue where Bron’s Call to Action would gain 2 stacks for some projectile-based abilities and spells.
  - Fixed an issue where some abilities were not correctly adding stacks of Bron’s Call to Action.
