WoW Hotfixes December 6th: Item and PvP Changes

In this set of hotfixes, Jaithys, the Prison Blade has received changes to its Harsh Tutelage buff, which will now increase in duration if it triggers at the same power level while it’s still active, up to 9 seconds total.
As for PvP, Protection Paladins received a nerf to the extra healing provided by Hand of the Protector in PvP content.

The Harsh Tutelage buff from Jaithys, the Prison Blade now extends its own duration if it triggers again at the same power level while it’s already active, up to a maximum duration of 9 seconds.
