WoW Hotfixes September 29th: Forgotten Proto-Vault

Small hotfix changing the behaviour of the Forgotten Proto-Vault chest (drops Schematic: Prototype Leaper) in Zereth Mortis that will now appear even when the World Quest “Frog’it” isn’t available.
